Jogging
For the last thirteen years I have been into jogging. This has resulted in doing the Great North Run (half marathon) every year. It is a great way to raise money for our Neurosurgical unit and some selected charities. Actually, jogging keeps you fit and can be done without expense anywhere in the world. It is a good way to look around new places especially if you are traveling because of work.
