Trekking in Nepal
This is an extract of a video taken looking towards Annapurna 1 when was trekking in Nepal in 2000. One of the sherpas started playing his Nepali flute:

I would recommend trekking to anyone who is reasonably fit and can walk uphill for a few hours. Nepal is a stunning place and the people are a delight. They smile a lot, are friendly and polite and are not motivated to rip you off all the time. Trekking there can be done by camping or by taking a “teahouse trek” where you stay in very basic accommodation but for a pittance.
